This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of all products and services offered by House of AICENED, including AI Unlisted, Blackfile, and HOA OS. By accessing any of our products, you agree to comply with this policy.

Permitted Use

Our products and content are licensed for personal, non-commercial creative use unless otherwise stated. You may use prompts, frameworks, and educational content from our products to produce your own original work.

Prohibited Use

You may not use any House of AICENED product or content to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense prompts, systems, or content from Blackfile or HOA OS as your own product.
• Reproduce or publish our educational material in any format without written permission.
• Impersonate or replicate any House of AICENED AI persona (Araya Skye, Xyvaeyn, Xyon Knox) commercially or publicly without written authorisation.
• Use our platform to generate, distribute, or promote content that is harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or illegal.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the HOA OS platform, its structure, or its outputs.
• Share access credentials or invite others to use a paid product without authorisation.

Community Standards — AI Unlisted

Members of AI Unlisted are expected to engage respectfully with other members and with the content provided. Spam, harassment, and plagiarism of other members' work are grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension of access without refund, and legal action where applicable.
