HOA OS is an invitation-only subscription platform. By completing registration, you confirm that the legal name provided is accurate and matches the name on your payment method. Your legal name, IP address, and the date and time of your agreement to these terms are recorded as part of your membership record for verification and chargeback protection purposes. This information is retained for the duration of your membership and for a period of up to seven years thereafter in accordance with our legal obligations.
HOA OS members may participate in Club Challenges by submitting images, videos, or other creative content ("Submissions"). By submitting an entry to any Club Challenge, you grant House of AICENED a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Submission across our website, social media channels, and marketing materials, with or without attribution. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. House of AICENED reserves the right to feature, crop, or otherwise adapt Submissions for promotional use.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
