Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on houseofaicened.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products — No Refunds

All digital products sold by House of AICENED — including Blackfile vault access and HOA OS access — are non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to revoke and refund access once it has been delivered.

Subscriptions — AI Unlisted

AI Unlisted is a monthly subscription community hosted on Skool. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle. To cancel, manage your subscription directly within your Skool account.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances only:

• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
• You did not receive access to a product within 48 hours of payment and have not received a response to your support enquiry.

To submit a refund request under these exceptions, contact us at support@houseofaicened.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

Physical Products

Physical merchandise sold through the House of AICENED clothing line (via Fourthwall) is subject to Fourthwall's own return and refund policy. Please refer to your order confirmation for details.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed via PayPal and Stripe. Disputes raised directly with PayPal or your card issuer without first contacting us may result in account suspension and loss of access to purchased products.
